FABTECH Canada attendees can experience the latest in sheet processing and tube bending technology as BLM GROUP showcases its LS7 Sheet Laser, ProBend Press Brake, and E-TURN 52 Tube Bender in booth #7001.
The LS7 Sheet Laser delivers high-speed cutting performance with advanced motion control, optimized cutting dynamics, and 9-second pallet changes to maximize throughput. Built-in Active Tools automatically adjust key parameters such as piercing performance, nozzle condition, and quality settings to ensure consistent results and simplified operation.
The all-electric ProBend 260-150 press brake features a patented direct-drive torque motor for precision and repeatability across a wide range of bending applications. Its software automatically generates part programs from CAD models and simulates the bending process for efficient, accurate setup.
The E-TURN 52 tube bender processes tubes up to 2 inches in diameter with full electric control across 15 axes, enabling precise, high-quality bends across a wide range of materials and profiles.
Live demonstrations of the BLMelements software suite will highlight connected programming, planning, and real-time production monitoring across tube and sheet operations.
